Senioritis: How Has It Affected Seniors at WHS?

With the fall semester drawing to a close, seniors at Winchester High School are wrestling once again with an old adversary: senioritis. Generally defined as a lack of motivation among students about to graduate, senioritis tends to strike in those final months of high school. For many students at Winchester, it has evolved from running jokes into authentic obstacles to concentration. To others, senioritis started as a small burning out. "At first, it was just skipping a couple homework assignments or procrastinating studying until the last minute," Salena Wang, a senior, said. "But now it's like, why even bother? College apps are in and I just don't feel as motivated anymore."
